SUPPLEMENTAL AND DISCRETIONARY SERVICE FEES

Agency reserves the right to impose reasonable service fees for any administrative, consultative, or logistical services provided to you that fall outside the scope of a standard booking. Agency maintains absolute discretion in determining the applicability and amount of such fees. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Extensive itinerary research and custom trip planning.
• Standalone airline bookings not included in a package
• After-hours emergency assistance or concierge services.
• Complex multi-city routing or group coordination.
• Document procurement and visa consultation.

While Agency reserves the right to adjust its fee schedule at any time, Agency will make good-faith effort to notify you of any specific discretionary charges prior to the performance of the service or at the time of invoicing. All fees imposed by Agency are NON-NEGOTIABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE upon the commencement of the associated service. Your continued instruction to proceed with travel arrangements constitutes an express acceptance of this fee-setting authority.

Agency charges a service fee when booking standalone domestic and international flights These service fees are independent of, and in addition to, the total airfare, taxes and surcharges imposed by the airline carrier. You acknowledge and agree to the following fee structure:

Domestic Air Travel: A Non-Refundable service fee of $25.00 per ticketed passenger shall apply to all itineraries within The United States of America and Canada.

International Air Travel: A Non-Refundable service fee of $50.00 per ticketed passenger shall apply to all itineraries involving international destinations.
